Shipping policy

Shipping

As of September 01, 2023, we now use USPS Ground Advantage (new option!) and Priority for our domestic shipments.

HOLIDAYS: As per usual, the closer we get to holiday season, the slower delivery times kick in. We ask that you please be understanding of this when you place your orders as we have no control over the speed orders take once they have been shipped out.

Please double check your address before submitting your order. There is no guarantee we can catch your order in time before your package is dropped off at the post office.

We only ship to the United States and Canada.  Planning to expand our shipping destinations at a later date. We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees.

We ship several times a week and usually same day if you order before 3:00pm. Once your package is handed off to to the shipping company it is out of our hands, so we are not responsible for late or lost orders.  If you have any issues with delivery please contact your local post office or UPS and file a claim if possible.

Please note: effective October 01, 2021, the USPS is increasing "time-in-transit" standards by one or two days for certain mail that is traveling longer distances, so what used to take about one to three days could now take up to five days (or more at times) for some.
